Rohan was extremely excited for his first full day of school. He was up at 5:22am. I have no idea how he will be when he gets home. He helped me pack his 2 lunches for today last night. He couldn’t wait to see where the bus goes! He didn’t even acknowledge me when he got off the bus he was so focused on doing what he was told and getting into that playground!!!
We went to Edzea’s ballet dance rehearsal last night. She LOVES being on stage. Not allowed to take video or pictures in the theatre but I have one from the dressing room back stage. Tonight she has her recital with myself, Auntie Katherine & Uncle Allan in the audience. It will be a late night (10pm end).
Last Friday we headed with Janet & Ariane to one of the Sugar Bushes close to home. We walked through the bush-Rohan would not stay with us. He kept running far far ahead where we couldn’t see him. Being Rohan, even the threat of not getting pancakes barely stopped him. He was in the woods, he wanted to run free and explore.
Anyways, we had pancakes, sausages and yummy maple syrup afterwards in the restaurant. We’re planning on doing Field trip Fridays for the next little while to explore more of the sugar bushes in our area. I had no idea how big this was out here!
